For over fifteen years, Karen’s love, respect and curiosity for people have led her to work with individuals of all ages and abilities in various capacities including as a teacher, mentor and coach.
Her current focus is on entrepreneurs - helping them articulate a clear vision for their lives, and executing the necessary steps to achieve their personal goals. As a coach, Karen loves to empower people by fostering a growth mindset, cognitive flexibility and self-compassion. Her client sessions are custom-tailored to each individual’s personal strengths while leaning into research-based habit formation strategies to help strengthen clients’ day to day experience of running their business.
